This Basil Sun-Dried Tomato Dip is bursting with flavors from sun-dried tomatoes, fresh basil, and Parmesan cheese. It's a perfect appetizer or snack for any occasion, and it's incredibly easy to make!
Ingredients: 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil, drained. 1 cup fresh basil leaves. 2 cloves garlic. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 cup pine nuts. 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Sun-dried tomatoes, basil leaves, garlic, Parmesan cheese, and pine nuts should all be put in a food processor and mixed together. Pulse the food until it is very small pieces. Slowly add the olive oil to the food processor while it's running until the mixture is smooth. Add pepper and salt to taste. Place the dip in a bowl for serving. Put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving so the flavors can mix. Pickle sticks, crackers, or vegetable sticks go well with it.
