Rules
There are some rules that I would like all of you to follow when you send me asks. I didn’t see a reason for this before, but I now realize that it is for the best to mention some things. Okay? So, here you go:
DON’T:
Send asks with NSFW content: Your ask will be deleted. I am not comfortable with NSFW content, and there may be others who are not comfortable with it either.
Send asks with content or intention to bully: Your ask will be deleted. Depending on the situation, you may be blocked.
Send asks that include homophobia, transphobia, aphobia etc.: Your ask will be deleted and if possible, you will be blocked.
Send asks that include racist content: Your ask will be deleted and if possible, you will be blocked.
Try to search for the blogs of those who wish to remain anonymous: There’s a reason some people send asks anonymously. I don’t care what that reason is, everyone has their own. As such, respect their privacy and don’t go searching for their blog, if they have one. If you do this, you will be blocked.
Send asks that aren’t relevant: I do enjoy getting asks with your headcanons and theories etc. I like answering them. However, this goes only for my stories. At least right now, I don’t have any interest in speaking about what happens in canon, unless it is somehow relevant to my story. Also, do not expect me to have every aspect of the world my story is set in figured out. Please, do not come asking me about things that are really, really not relevant to my story. If you do, your ask will be deleted. I haven’t considered if there will be any other punishment, but if you continue to do this, I’m sure I can figure something out.
DO:
Be clear about what you want: For example, if you come asking for spoilers, be clear in your ask that you really want spoilers. If you come and ask me “What will happen to X?” my answer can vary a lot. You might get spoilers, or you might get nothing but :) as your answer. So if you really do want spoilers, mention it in your ask. Say something like “I want spoilers, what happens to X?” or something. Just mention in your ask that you want spoilers, so that I know you really do want them, and others reading know already from reading the ask that there will be spoilers in my answer.
Send reader headcanons, theories etc: I like them. As long as they don’t go against the other rules, I will try to answer them.
Come up with a nickname that you can sign your asks with if you’re comfortable with it: I get a lot of asks from anons, and I honestly have no clue if you’re all different people or the same person. I’m just curious. Note that this is not a demand or that you have to do this. Only do this if you’re comfortable with it.
Tell me if there’s something that should be tagged: If there are posts that haven’t been tagged properly, tell me about it. Especially if there are posts that you don’t want to see, tell me and even suggest how to tag them. I am still no expert at tagging, but I try my best, and all the help is appreciated!
Note:
Timeout for reader: You send me cursed content that isn’t in violation of the rules, you get put on timeout. You get out of timeout by sending non-cursed headcanons, theories etc.
You can ask about other stories: I have a lot of other stories. Most of them aren’t finished, some of them I have barely started writing. You can always ask about them, and for the most part I’m willing to share any ideas I’ve had for them. You can just come and ask me if I have written for X fandom and we’ll see where it goes from there, if you’re interested.
Asks can be deleted if I so decide: I have a reason. Sometimes it might not be a good reason, but if your ask doesn’t get answered within a couple of days, assume I’ve deleted it and I’ve had my reason. Please don’t try to send it again. If it’s a mistake, I’ll either let you personally know about it, or if it was an anon’s ask, then I’ll make a post about it and ask for the ask to be sent to me again.
Basically, let’s be nice to each other. If you feel uncomfortable about anything that I have posted, tell me and we’ll see what to do about it.
Rules may be edited or added if there is a need.
