A sourdough adaptation of an Indian Dosa. I'm really happy with how tasty is was! The batter was just 2 tbs chickpea flour 2 tbs sourdough starter 1 tbs wheat flour Pinch salt Enough water to get a thin batter. Hot pan, spread thin, fill with Dahl, fold in half.
