This sandwich combines the rich flavors of beer bread, creamy beer cheese spread, sharp cheddar cheese, and crispy bacon, all grilled to perfection for a deliciously comforting meal.
Ingredients: 4 slices beer bread. 4 slices cheddar cheese. 4 slices cooked bacon. 1/4 cup beer cheese spread. 2 tablespoons butter, softened.
Instructions: Spread beer cheese on two slices of beer bread. Layer cheddar cheese slices and bacon on top of beer cheese. Top with the remaining slices of beer bread. Spread butter on the outside of the sandwiches. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place sandwiches in the skillet and cook until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side. Serve hot and enjoy!

This beer bread made in the Air Fryer is tasty and easy to make. It goes well with your favorite foods and is also a great snack by itself.
Ingredients: 350g all-purpose flour. 1 tsp salt. 1 tsp sugar. 1 packet 7g active dry yeast. 330ml beer room temperature. 2 tbsp olive oil. 1 egg yolk for egg wash. 1 tbsp water for egg wash. Optional: sesame seeds for topping.
Instructions: Put the flour, salt, and sugar in a large bowl and mix them together. In a different small bowl, mix the yeast into the beer. Then, let it sit for 5 minutes to foam up. The beer and olive oil should be added to the dry ingredients. Mix until you get a dough. For about 5 minutes, knead the dough on a floured surface until it gets smooth and springy. Cover the dough with a kitchen towel and put it back in the bowl. Let it rise in a warm place for an hour, or until it doubles in size. For 5 minutes, heat up your Air Fryer to 350F 180C. The dough has risen, so punch it down and shape it into a loaf. To make an egg wash, whisk the egg yolk and water together in a small bowl. Add sesame seeds to the loaf if you want and brush the egg wash over it. The Air Fryer basket should already be hot when you put the loaf in it. Cook for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and when you tap it on the bottom, it should sound hollow. Take the beer bread out of the Air Fryer and set it on a wire rack to cool. Then, cut it into pieces and serve.
