Pear frangipane tart
Frangipane Hamantashen
(I downloaded someone else's recipe for the filling but ommitted the almond extract (yuck) and added a drop of anise flavoring (yum). If you don't like either flavor, I recommend a little cinnamon.)
Incredibly delicious. Not really giving Hamantashen anymore, but a very good pastry.
