Ingredients: 2 cups almond flour. 1/4 cup ground flaxseed. 1/4 cup coconut flour. 2 tsp baking powder. 1/2 tsp salt. 4 large eggs. 1/4 cup olive oil. 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk. 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar. 1/4 cup chopped nuts optional.
Instructions: In a bowl, mix almond flour, flaxseed, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, whisk eggs, olive oil, almond milk, and apple cider vinegar.
