This Garlicky Spinach and Parmesan Frittata is a delicious and nutritious way to start your day. The combination of fresh spinach, minced garlic, and Parmesan cheese creates a flavorful and satisfying dish that's perfect for breakfast or brunch.
Ingredients: 6 large eggs. 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 2 tablespoons olive oil.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped spinach to the skillet and saut for about 2-3 minutes until it wilts. Pour the egg mixture over the sauted spinach in the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes without stirring, allowing the edges to set. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the frittata is set and slightly golden on top. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve your Garlicky Spinach and Parmesan Frittata warm, garnished with extra Parmesan cheese if desired.
