??? i was supposed to have an appointment with an in house therapist but they canceled the day before and told me to call and reschedule but then i called and they said she has no availability and so i was like ok what other in house therapists do you have and they said none sorry, but they referred me to another provider that’s supposed to be covered and they made me make an appointment to find a therapist, but then i was doing the paperwork and it said they were going to charge me $260 just for the appointment where they match me with a therapist, so i noped out of that but they said that my appointment couldnt be canceled????? so im just not gonna go lol

im just kinda upset bc ive been trying to see a therapist all year and its just been setback after setback and i’m so tired and i’m losing my insurance in. 5 months
