A hearty and tasty breakfast casserole that is cooked slowly in a crockpot. It's great for busy mornings or when you need to feed a lot of people.
Ingredients: 1 dozen eggs, beaten. 1 pound cooked breakfast sausage. 1 cup diced bell peppers. 1 cup diced onions. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1 cup milk. 1 teaspoon salt. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon paprika.
Instructions: In a large bowl, mix together beaten eggs, cooked breakfast sausage, diced bell peppers, diced onions, shredded cheddar cheese, milk, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Pour the mixture into a greased slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, or until eggs are set. Serve warm and enjoy!
