With this Slow Cooker Brown Sugar Ham recipe, you can easily make a juicy, flavorful ham. When you mix brown sugar, honey, and spices together, you get a sweet and savory glaze that goes perfectly with the juicy ham.
Ingredients: 1 5-7 pound bone-in ham. 1 cup brown sugar. 1/2 cup honey. 1/4 cup Dijon mustard. 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce. 1 teaspoon ground cloves.
Instructions: Make shallow cuts across the ham's surface in the shape of a diamond. To make the sauce, put ground cloves, honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, and brown sugar in a bowl. Put the ham that has been scored into the slow cooker. Spread out the ham as you pour the brown sugar mixture over it. Keep the lid on and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours, or until the ham is hot all the way through and soft. Every hour, baste the ham with the slow cooker juices. Take the ham out of the slow cooker when it's done and let it rest for a few minutes before cutting it. Enjoy while still warm!
