Shout out to all my amazing followers! You guys ROCK! So, as most know now I'm part of the 1stPhorm Phamily and those that have been following me for awhile know that I've been on a new fitness journey with crossfit. I've transformed quiet a bit over the last year but also over the last two months since having started crossfit but never took the time to take any 'before' pictures to show the progress along the way up to this point. I've always had a super fast metabolism so I've never really had an issue with weight gain or being able to lose weight (post pregnancies) but I've always been super active and do my best to eat healthy. I'm starting this Transphormation Challenge with 1stPhorm and my goal is to build lean muscle.
