It had been weeks, could have even been a month, they weren't sure, when things were fine. They coexisted peacefully, sat by each other for dinner, watched TV together on colder nights, sparse exchanges of words became conversations, even lighthearted banter. It was perfectly mundane and simple, hard to trust the safety of it, but they eventually settled into it.

It happened too fast for them to understand, when they were pushed off the couch.

Then Whumper staring them down, reaching for the chain secured to the radiator that had been an unimportant detail of the background until then.

Whumpee had sunk to their knees and sobbed.

"I thought this- this wouldn't happen, that it's not like this anymore, please!" they cried.

"No, that's not how it works. Give me your hands," Whumper ordered. And they did.

I was thinking about a whumper and whumpee, not a whumper turned whumpee or vice versa but maybe A is someone who is supposed to torture/interrogate people and every time they don't retrieve satisfactory amount of intel, they get hurt instead...and much much worse than what they do to their victims.

I was wondering what your take on such a situation is, no pressure

Whumper who is also a whumpee (from now on called whumperee), to their own even more vicious whumper? Whumperee who is trying so desperately to get the results, but whose performance is getting worse and worse because of the pain they're in from their 'punishments'? Whumperee who is starting to question if this is all worth it, and sympathize with the people they're supposed to be interrogating?

Whumperee who sets their own whumpee free. Whumperee who is relieved when Whumpee comes back with their team to raze Whumper's place to the ground. Whumperee who expected it to be over for them, and is even more terrified when Whumpee commands that they be taken to holding because Whumpee wants to "deal with this one personally".

Whumpee who doesn't know how they feel. Whumpee who hates Whumperee for what they did to them, but also was perceptive enough to catch on to the clues that all was not well. Whumpee who goes to Whumperee's cell to start an interrogation of their own....

the fear in whumpee's eyes as they struggle to breathe, whumper's firm, unrelenting grip.

im very partial to whumper waiting for them to calm down, gently tilting their chin up with a "Next time you'll be good for me, hmm?"

or angry whumper waiting until they have to tear the duct tape off to go "Hopefully that'll teach you."

Dunk tank: Make sure to restrain them properly so they can't escape. But also they need to be able to get back up before drowning.

Darts: They can be either the prize or the target :)

Petting zoo: For if you have any pet whumpees

High striker/Strength tester: Hit them with a mallet, how loudly they scream is how well you did

Claw machine: Put them in a claw machine for people to try and get them. Works best with tiny whumpees.

Pin the tail on the donkey: Blindfold your guests and watch them try to pin the tail on the whumpee.

Whumpee whose been kept in restraints for an extended period of time and it's affecting their movement even though they're free now:

Walks with short, shuffling steps because their ankles were chained together

Keeps their wrists close together because they're used to wearing handcuffs

Only reaches for things as far as their chains would have let them

Panics when people walk too far ahead because they're used to be dragged on a leash

Sleeps sitting up because they never had enough slack to lie down
