Whump Fan Since Birth

Whumpee passed out in the freezing snow, maybe they're lost in the mountains or maybe they got transported their with a spell.

But they're unconscious a freezing to death.... until some one who has lived in the mountains finds them.

Caretaker takes them back to their home and warms them up.

Maybe whumpee has a fever that need to be taken care of? Or maybe frostbite?

When they wake up they have no memories of what happened but they are great full the kind stranger.

"are you going to faint?" "do you have a fever?" "how long has this been going on?"

-empty stomach

-vision blurring and ears ringing from blood loss/nausea at the sight of blood

-whumpee frozen in shock staring at their injury

-fainting!!! it might seem basic but anyone who’s fainted from injury related shit knows that it’s so frightening, your body literally shuts down on you, if it’s written well that panic can be so alarming

-infected wound causing symptoms of illness; fever, chills, nausea etc.

-wounds between fingers or on the palm make it hurt to do anything with that hand

-injuries on a foot or hand making the whole limb ache when moved

-whumpee who gives up fighting temporarily and has to build back up their own resilience

A parent!caretaker finally finding their child!whumpee after months of searching, only to find them scarred in more ways than one.

Whumpers making sure that each wound they inflict on their whumpee is deeper and more painful than the last, since “children always bounce back eventually”.

Teenage!whumpees trying to put up a fight against their whumper. Yet, no matter how much bravado, false confidence, or adrenaline they have, they’re ultimately just a scared kid attempting to overpower a grown adult.

Or, consider a teen!whumpee being discovered after growing up with whumper, only to be so emaciated and stunted in their growth, no one can believe they’re actually a teenager.

And we can always consider the continuation of abuse—with child!whumpees being raised to perpetuate the cycle of abuse, assisting their whumper with the abuse of other victims to save themselves. After all, any of the others would do the same to them, surely?

Whumper saying things in another language and watching Whumpee prepare for the worst with glee because Whumpee has no idea what they're saying.

whumpee lies about it when caretaker asks upon intake. only telling them about the one in their arm. as caretaker has to clean and stitch up the area. one final removal. they offer to take them to the hospital but whumpee refuses. despite the potential nerve damage. caretaker doesn't have enough medical knowledge. they're not a doctor. but when whumper starts showing around caretaker's house, whumpee tells them about the one in their neck. 'I'm aware you don't want to, but I can't snip that from you. you were lucky not to have gotten any infections from the arm. that and i don't know if it's hooked up to your brain or spinal cord.'

caretaker is eventually able to convince whumpee to go to a hospital. bringing a file of records with them so the staff don't think caretaker was the one who inserted it. to further give what documentation they could of whumpee's time with whumper. the doctor schedules whumpee for a ct scan later in the week. getting the results, the doc is able to tell that the tracker isn't connected to the brain or spinal cord in any way. that they can safely extract it without causing injury to whumpee. using a form of monitored sedation for the procedure. it doesn't take long. it roughly takes 30mins to an hour. afterwards, caretaker temporarily moves them into a hotel.
