My mom had an intervention type talk with me last weekend where she told me I need to start taking care of my health and how once your weight starts putting limitations on your life there needs to be a change. “I’m tired of only being able to sit around and do nothing when we see you” was a pretty humiliating thing to hear. Basically as much as I can by myself all the time. I keep snacks and other essentials like my hairbrush, deodorant, etc by my bed. the only things I’m having to get up for is to go to the bathroom, the fridge, and to grab whatever I’m getting delivered from the door. I haven’t walked around a store or anything since I moved into my apartment. I’m a very sedentary girl
