Learned some facts after listening to the song.

It was recommended that I listen to this song. I did...it's so cool. How many 90s references are there? I found very little. Are there more? What's your overall interpretation?

I caught some references, like SWIM. Can I assume there were more? I saw some Alice in Wonderland connections, too. Check out the review after the reaction.

Never heard a single BTS song before 2026. Recently listened to Merry Go Round. These guys are talented! I've been breaking down their music videos and lyrics. They seem to have something important to say in their music.

For the last two weeks, I've been watching Game of Thrones...for the first time. Yeah, I missed the bus with that one.

Anyways, I'm on The Long Night...the episode I've been looking forward to. Why is everything so hard to see??!! It's like painting with watercolors in the dark.

This isn't the first incident. Other modern day movies and shows have this problem even when adjusting the brightness settings.

What are your thoughts on the Netflix live action series? Does seeing iconic moments do it for you? Or does a live action version ruin what the series created?

Just wondering because when I was a kid, I eagerly wanted a live action movie and series of X-Men. Was extremely happy with the first movie. It's not like it was a direct adaptation though. Avatar is adapting the series beat by beat (sorta, I suppose), so I'm wondering if you find deviations annoying.

Josuke and Kira visually represent Yin Yang, creation/destruction, good/evil, light/shadow. Kira's father had a twisted idea of supportiveness. Joseph wasn't in Josuke's life until recently.

The journey to watching and reviewing every episode of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure continues, and Part 4 is nearing the end. Can I finish all of JJBA before Steel Ball Run debuts? lol

What's been interesting about JoJo's Bizarre Adventure is how it's taking the Indiana Jones approach. Each Indiana Jones movie expanded on the titular character's world. The original trilogy introduced some kind of supernatural element (and artifact), then eventually aliens and time travel.

JJBA has been doing its own version of Indiana Jones. Part 1's stone mask (artifact) introduced us to the world of zombies/vampires. Part 2's red stone (artifact) brought us the Pillar Men. Part 3 has Stands. Part 4 has the arrow (artifact) that creates Stands.

I'm only on Part 4, but we've had zombies, vampires, Stands, now aliens. Are we going to Atlantis in Part 5? LOL

Fathers are supposed to set examples for their sons and put them on a better path. Kira's father is an enabler. I suppose it's because he himself is evil. Regardless, Kira's father, like Dio's, is a failure.

I didn't grow up with Avatar: The Last Airbender. I remember seeing some commercials for it, but never gave it much thought. I eventually checked out the series before the 2010 movie, and I was floored! It's easily among the greatest Western cartoons. Characters, setting, themes, it's a masterclass on storytelling.

I hear this series has a large and loyal fanbase. Fans who grew up with the show. I gotta know, what was it that you found so appealing? What did you connect with?

Superheroes dominate the comic book industry, and for a time, they conquered the movie business. That seems to be changing. I mean, even the MCU has been bleeding money.

The thing with superhero stories is, no one really dies, and the stories never end. With retcons and character resurrections, the stakes aren't there. My Hero breaks this cycle.

If you haven't watched My Hero Academia, trust me, it's worth checking out. The series kicks into high gear around Season 3. It has a story to tell, the characters are engaging, and there are stakes (people actually die). An audience needs to feel that a character can be put in real danger and that there are consequences. My Hero Academia is showing how it's done!

Watched and broke down another episode of Part 4. But, something I gotta know now. Is Jotaro the best of the JoJo's? Right now, Joseph is ranking number one, for me, at least, but Jotaro is a close second. The dude is the definition of aura.

Going to put up another episode of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure around New Year's.

There's a bit of despair in the beginning of this series, but now, this episode...wow...the music really brings out the emotions. I can't get the song out of my head lol

I'm still currently on Part 4. It's a nice take on things. In Stardust Crusaders, JoJo was basically fighting Dio's mercenaries. Now, these Stand User Buddies in Part 4 are facing ordinary people who got Stand power.

However, Steel Ball Run is giving me the vibe that JoJo is going to be facing professionals again. I'm 70% sure this takes place alongside Part 1 or before Part 2. So, Johnathan Joestar either has a long lost brother or a cousin in America. Still doesn't explain Dio. Dio should be in the sea, so maybe he also has a long lost relative? I'm rambling lol. What are your thoughts?

This episode could also be called Ringo: First Blood lol. But for real, the series has a really good setup and knows how to progress a plot and its characters.
