I’m thinking about finally getting around to reading ragnarok chat… I’ve heard that the novel is more detailed than the manhwa so I might read the manhwa first since it’s easier to notice details when you have the bigger picture first but I’ve also heard that they’re both very different stories so idk. I’ve also heard stuff about one of them ending early or being on indefinite hiatus because of the author (or artist? idk) doing their military service but I’ve been purposely avoiding most news about it to avoid as many potential spoilers as possible…
so. people who have read both: which one do you think is better to read first and why

ok i like the side stories about all the other characters but the suho bit is strangely boring now that he’s grown up. maybe it’s cause they made him too similar to his dad and the training is also the same

I like thinking about ChoiBaek being obsessed with each other’s colors. Since both of them have a hair color that matches their eyes, whenever they see something that reminds them of the other, they very much want it, either for themselves or to give to the other. Jewelry that are the same red as Jongin’s eyes? Yoonho has to have it. Gemstones that are the same color as Yoonho’s hair? It’s Jongin’s now. While I don’t see Yoonho wearing red, I do see Jongin wearing more gold and amber colors. I mean, he’s already wear gold, so not too much is changing
ykw I think they should open that extra customization feature to everyone in arise. I know it would be kinda hard to model different hairstyles for everyone but it would be funny af to put a duck head on like Thomas Andre or something. it’s already funny enough with Jin-Woo
