Even if (like Coco!) you come from an underprivileged background, you are still convinced to uphold the systems that have been put in place to harm you

#EXACTLY #I was just on Reddit (specifically trying to find posts of people arguing that Olly and Qifrey are ‘just friends’)#(I didn’t find any)(but I found OTHER things) and someone was complaining saying it was obviously a ‘kids show’#and it being a kids show is probably why it CANT be explicitly violent #and uhhhhh #this show IS violent. it shows the violence in cultural systems #repeatedly and constantly #the violence just isnt ONLY blood #(there’s also a sub conversation on technically not a kids show)#(not because kids can’t or won’t get the subject material- I think many would get it and love it!)#(but it’s also literally serialized in a seinen magazine. which doesn’t have kids as the target demographic)#this show continually shows how this system puts kids in abuse environments #it shows how disabled folk are treated in their society #just!!! everything with custas #ugghhhh ok I can shut up now #(but as a last side note to why I was looking up complaints on Reddit- I find it funny I have seen ZERO posts #arguing that Qifrey and Olly are Just Friends and how dare the weirdos ship them. I usually see at least one. I think it’s funny)#(we’re all like nooooo they’re not TOGETHER together but they ARE a set and you can’t separate them bare minimum it’s QPR marriage)

Like, Grace is in the bathroom, shaving, the curtain pulled to the side and suddenly he stops and says "stop touching my stuff". Rocky, frozen, somewhere behind him, can't fathom how Grace sensed that. He was so quiet. The razor is so loud. Grace's still facing away from him. What the fuck.

Grace repairing some panel or other and asks for a tool. Without even turning around, he says "no, not that one, the one to its left". Rocky's like are you shitting me. I know for a fact your hearing is ass. You can only see in one direction and I'm not in it!! What?!
