the situation: there is a tow warrant out for my van until i pay some of the parking tickets - it would be nearly impossible to get my van out if it is impounded.

since my plates are expired, i've received multiple tickets. however, i cannot replace the plates until i pay off the tickets (unfortunately).

ask: $650 for tickets, and any extra cash for gas (to fund moving jobs)
