Ingredients: 1 cup mashed sweet potatoes. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted and browned. 1 cup granulated sugar. 2 large eggs. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour. 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg. 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves. 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger. 1/2 cup buttermilk. For the Brown Butter Cream Cheese Frosting:. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, browned and cooled. 8 oz cream cheese, softened. 4 cups powdered sugar. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Pinch of salt. Chopped pecans or walnuts for garnish optional.
Instructions: Warm up the oven to 350F 175C and put paper liners in a cupcake pan. Melted and browned butter, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract should all be mixed together in a bowl. Mix everything together well. Mix the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and spices cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger in a different bowl using a whisk. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing them in with buttermilk every so often. Start with the dry ingredients and end with the buttermilk. Don't mix any further than that. Fill each liner about two thirds of the way to the top with cupcake batter. After the oven is hot, bake the cupcakes for 18 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean. Make the Brown Butter Cream Cheese Frosting while the cupcakes cool. Crack the cream cheese, vanilla extract, powdered sugar, and a pinch of salt into a mixing bowl. Add the browned butter and beat them together until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Cover the cupcakes with the Brown Butter Cream Cheese Frosting after they are completely cool. The frosting can be piped on with a piping bag, or it can be spread on with a spatula. You can add chopped pecans or walnuts to the top of each cupcake if you want to add more flavor and texture. Ingredients: 1 cup coconut cream. 2 cups vegan dark chocolate chips. 2 tbsp maple syrup. 2 tsp matcha powder. 1/4 cup cocoa powder, for dusting.
Instructions: Put the coconut cream in a small saucepan and heat it until it just starts to simmer. Put the dark chocolate chips in a bowl that can handle heat. After you pour the hot coconut cream over the chocolate chips, wait one minute. Mix everything together until it's smooth. Mix the matcha powder and maple syrup together until they are completely mixed in. Put the mixture in the fridge for at least two hours, or until it gets firm. With a spoon or melon baller, take small amounts of the chilled mixture and roll them into balls. Cover each truffle with cocoa powder by rolling it in it. Fill a baking sheet with parchment paper with the truffles. Chill them until they are firm. Keep in the fridge in a container that won't let air in until you're ready to serve.

Ingredients: 1/2 cup Nutella. 1/4 cup all-purpose flour. 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder. 1/4 cup granulated sugar. 2 large eggs. 1/4 cup unsalted butter. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract. Pinch of salt. Optional: powdered sugar and vanilla ice cream for serving.
Instructions: Set the oven to 425F 220C and coat four ramekin dishes with cooking spray. Melt the butter and Nutella together in a microwave-safe bowl for about 30 seconds, stirring until smooth. Allow it to cool a little. Mix the flour, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, and a small amount of salt in a separate bowl. Mix thoroughly after adding the eggs and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. After adding the melted Nutella and butter mixture to the batter, stir until everything is well combined and smooth. Evenly divide the batter among the ramekin dishes that have been oiled. The ramekins should be baked for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are set but the center is still slightly jiggly, after placing them on a baking sheet and preheating the oven. After taking the ramekins out of the oven, give them a minute or two to cool. After loosening the cakes' edges with a knife, carefully invert each one onto a plate. Serve right away with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and dust with powdered sugar, if preferred. Savor the delicious Molten Chocolate Cakes with Nutella!
