Some footage from the Sand Creek 10k. Like I said this is like any neighborhood run and there aren't many sights.

Here is some footage of the new part of Coal Creek I have been running. You should be able to see some of the hot air balloons that were out when I was running!!

Here is my first attempt at editing the video I captured of the Coal Creak Trail with my new GoPro. As I said a lot of hands :). However, take a look at what sites you can get right outside of Louisville.  

Some video of Sage Trail in Boulder. I really like this trail but I only suggest it in fall and winter. There is no shade and it gets hot!!! I was not able to get footage of the snake... the chest piece doesn't turn around when you look back!! I did get some good footage and I hope you enjoy.
