January 2025 recap: it’s been cold folks and I’ve been lazy outside of doing mobility exercises, and kettlebell session. It’s a good thing I intermittent fast on work days and get my steps in walking around the office. I’ll do better this month. We did getaway to San Diego and stay at Imperial Beach, it’s a chill beach town to visit.
October recap: weekend warrior outdoors and continuing the mobility routine daily with a resting deep squat, squats, kettlebell exercises and pushups. Busy month of travel with visits to Colorado, Louisiana and Kentucky. The Broncos lost the game we attended, sooooo disappointing.
September recap: Run/walk reps were up this month as I found more time to hit the treadmill while traveling and the pavement on the weekends at home. Throughout the work week my focus is mobility and strength training in the morning and after work (progress has been good). Pictures are from two of the events attended during the month - Congressional Black Caucus and Solheim Cup 🇺🇸 (USA won 😁) Cheers to more miles and life milestones folks.

July recap: Logged running and walking miles in Strava were down due to travel and a vacation in Indonesia. I’ve increased strength training sessions for the month and logged a yoga session in Bali 😃. Logged three good walk/run sessions in Ubud with the locals.
June recap: knocked down the most run and walks hours YTD. Spent 3 days running in Central Park NYC, that was therapeutic 😌. Caught a WNBA game at the Barclays and an MLB game at Yankee stadium 😀. Finished the month on our sour note by breaking my toe in the middle of the night while walking to the bathroom (toe stub gone bad) so I didn’t get to run the last weekend of June ☹️. Toe is better now though. On to the next fitness month 🏃🏾
Lots of walking in September due to travel. I managed to get 6 workouts in as well. October will have more workouts recorded.
