Daughter and I went to see Hozier in concert last night. We had a great night. We did not get home until after midnight so todays long run seemed longer and harder. It was well worth it though. When I sat on the bench pictured above a bee came and landed on the leg of my flowery tights, guess they looked like real flowers to that wee bee. The wind was really chilly today and strong, there were many snack stops to get me through. Not sure how long I will keep doing 20km long runs but I do enjoy them. I was going to do the next race in the 10km series we have been doing but we still have not got the medals from the beach run. I am reluctant to enter if you don't get what you paid for.

I didn’t make out it outside this week, but I did finally get past a 5K.
