In Slovenia #korona, quarantine started on Friday, March 13th. What a date. For about a week I spent all day literally behind the 🖥 computer screen. I knew, this can't go on.l like that. So, here I am, three months later, with almoust 160 kilometres in my feets. And I never really liked 🏃 running. Today I did more than 6 kilometres long run. It was the last #runtraining in the second cycle of my #aerobiccapacity training. It's all part of my mission #Tokio2021hereIcome. I included into this athletics training also strength 💪 training. Especially #upperbodystrength is my Achilles tendon. In May, I finally started playing #beachvolleyball again with my friends. Additionally I'm training #beachvolley also with some young guns, under the coach and my friend Andrej Turk. I'm really grateful for the opportunity. I intend to continue to train. First, I need a partner. Waiting for a colleague, pro #volleyball player with international beach volleyball experience to maybe decide and join me. But, if some of you #beachvolley players from Slovenia 🇸🇮 are available, let me know, pls. In terms of training, I'm really, really satisfied with athletics training. It was a combination of #interval training twice per week, #longrun once per week and #strengthtraining in days in between. I must not forget #benchmarkrun - s, which were great experience. For all that I used @nikerunning @niketraining apps, which I more than recommend to every person either running either training for its own objective. I'm a physical education teacher, volleyball and beach 🏖 🏐 volley @FIVBVolleyball certified trainer, but I must admit I actually learned a lot from this two apps. Thank you. I'm starting really to value athletics training. And will definitely use in the future for my own training and as a coach. The focus in the next weeks will be speed capacity and strength, more in terms of maximal and explosive 💣 strength than in terms of endurance.
