Was hoping to run some trails at Deer Lake but immediately saw ice and decided to stick to the road since I was prepared with the right shoes. . Legs were a hit heavy which was fine since the plan was for an easy 5 miles which went off without much of a sweat. . Getting colder though and weather is calling for snow again next week.
