#impureza

IMPUREZA est un groupe unique de Brutal Death Metal franco-espagnol formé en 2004 par le guitariste Lionel Cano Muñoz originaire d’Orléans et Lamas (Chant / Basse) . Leur première démo « Y Correra Tu Sangre » donne le ton de son accent Hispanique aux sonorités colorées du Flamenco.

Leur singularité atypique côtoie la culture andalouse et flamenco dans la fusion avec le death metal. Créant une musique qui fait battre le sang Hispanique avec son histoire et sa férocité. Il n'en fallait pas plus pour qu'Impureza soit un pionner, un conquistador d'un genre qu'il a édifié, fondé, et qu'il magnifie.

Ce groupe est somptueusement le meilleur de l'hexagone, et dans le genre original il est inégalable. Composé par Lionel Cano Muñoz (guitare rythmique, solo & espagnole), Florian Saillard (basse fretless), Guilhem AUGE Auge (batterie) et Esteban Martin au chant et tous deux dans le groupe de death metal Misgivings également.

« Alcázares » illustre la période Reconquista où les royaumes chrétiens du Nord de l’Espagne était en conflit pour repousser les musulmans installés en Andalousie de la péninsule Ibérique en 1492.

C'est dans l'acier de la croyance que la fresque sonore répand toute sa richesse. Les atmosphères vous prennent au corps sublimées par un death implacable. Enregistré par Sébastien Camhi (France) et masterisé par Jacob Hansen (Danemark), l'opus alterne les contrastes avec la dualité d'une brutalité inquisitrice et des aspirations de flamenco, régissant à un alliage unique. Le feu passionnel Hispanique, sa reconquête de territoire dans une opulence d'orchestrations mystiques, interludes saisissant. et terriblement addictif entourent la barbarie de la guerre sainte. Les 11 titres de cette fresque sonore sont grandioses !

Impureza have cultivated their own form of progressive metal by injecting traditional Spanish folk influences into aggressive death/thrash; the band describes the fusion as "Hispanic metal". Their third album Alcázares is out now through Season of Mist.
