Indulge in the perfect balance of savory beef patties and creamy cheddar cheese with this Cheese Lover's Burger recipe. The special sauce, diced onions, and pickles add a delightful tangy kick to each bite. It's a burger masterpiece!
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 4 hamburger buns. 4 slices of cheddar cheese. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1/4 cup ketchup. 1/4 cup diced onions. 1/4 cup sliced pickles. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder. 1 tablespoon butter.
Instructions: Warm up your grill or pan on the stove over medium-high heat. Shape the ground beef into 4 burger patties that are all the same size. Add salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to each patty to make it taste better. Put the burger patties on the grill or in the pan and cook them for four to five minutes on each side, or until they're done the way you like them. In the last minute of cooking, cover each patty with a piece of cheddar cheese and place it on top. This will melt the cheese. Spread the hamburger buns with a little butter and toast them on the grill or in a separate pan until they're golden brown. Put the mayonnaise and ketchup in a small bowl and mix them together to make a special sauce for your burgers. Put together your burgers by spreading the sauce on the toasted buns, putting the cheesy patties on the bottom bun, and then adding diced onions and pickles on top. Put the top bun on top, and your Cheese Lover's Burger is ready to eat!
