Ingredients: 4 ears of corn, husked. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 teaspoon chili powder. 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper. 2 limes, juiced. Salt and pepper to taste. Chopped fresh cilantro for garnish.
Instructions: Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. Put olive oil, chili powder, cayenne pepper, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Mix them together. Brush the corn with the mixed-up mixture, making sure it covers it evenly. Put the corn on the grill and cook it for 10 to 12 minutes, turning it over every so often, until the kernels are soft and lightly charred. Take it off the grill and put it on a platter to serve. If you want, you can add more lime wedges and chopped cilantro as a garnish. Enjoy while hot!
