the clone story is really pushing me because early on i made a worldbuilding choice to essentially erase all third person pronouns from the communal lexicon, which means since it's written from first person perspective i have to get creative with a lot of sentences that would otherwise be very straightforward. this gets especially difficult when the characters interact with anyone whose name they don't know, i'm learning. but in its own way that also gives me an opportunity to highlight the differences in how the characters narrate their personal experiences
