I really don’t know what crowd I expected to be in the theatre for carol at 1:20 in the afternoon on a friday but it was probably 85% old people, old het couples and halfway through the movie this old lady in front of me turned to the old dude next to her and just said “harold they’re lesbians”

Omg, I totally loved this.. I wish I knew how to add the fb post I did of a bitstrip with me freaking out when my wife said she was pregnant. She wasn’t but friends knew it couldn’t be real. It was a hoot but some of my friends really freaked out thinking they’d have to defriend us. Kids are great for perpetuating the species, but seriously, gay aunties perpetuate the arts, the economy, the travel industry, investment properties (to bequeath to said nephews and nieces!), restaurants and groups that bring down tyranny (just you wait Donald…)
