And like to be fair to Lana. Both Ino/Theron were never discreet when it came to their romance by the time of KOFTE when they were officially dating.

Not to mention the times they would kiss and flirt in front of the other Alliance members lol so I'm sure Lana just got used to observing them until they started asking for privacy.
