A) how do you have the authority to do that? SOMEONE EXPLAIN IT TO ME. if I didn't rejoin the Republic WHERE DOES YOUR AUTHORITY OVER ME COME FROM? How is this anything other than a hostile occupation that should be treated as such? (clearly there's manipulation going on here, but the end result makes that kinda irrelevent to her)

Hmmmm. I’m a couple years behind on current storylines in it (I want to get back into it but the stars have not aligned for my adhd brain to let me do it). But I do like to think that both sides of the larger war miss multiple chances to find a long term peace that would lead to a coexistence and allow the Sith Empire to reform, due to entrenched resentment and hatred on both sides. To the point where when one side is in a position of having reformer minded leaders, the other side is not. Thus missing all the changes to avoid all the long standing forever war aspects of the Jedi/Sith conflict because Imperial or Republic leaders always fail to swallow their pride and emotions and go “ok, there’s a change to end things here.” And instead go “no, we need to fully wipe them out.”
