If you think about it our struggles, tests| trials & life situations help us grow as people. It teaches us skills to grow us, to move us forward, and for Christians it teaches us to rely on our walk with God. God gives me the strength to face the many obstacles that can happen in this life. I know that with each test| trial God is developing me into who I need to be. He is the Potter & I am the clay. I’ve been praying more often that God would mold me into the person He wants me to be. That He would give me the strength to get through this and that He would guide my steps and help me manage how I react to what’s happening because sometimes it can be completely overwhelming. I’m so thankful I have God walking each step with me. 🍎 Apple Crescent Roll 🍏 This is our first time making these and the Autumn weather 🍂 makes it the perfect time to try something NEW. 1 Granny Smith Apple 🍏 (skinless) 1 gala Apple 🍎 (skinless) 3 tbsp butter 🧈 Cinnamon sugar Caramel syrup —————— (1) preheat the oven to 350 (2) wash the apples 🍎 I use @rebel_green produce cleaner to remove some of the pesticides on my produce. Cut the skin off and the apples into slices. I sprinkled the apples slices with cinnamon sugar and also drizzled lightly with caramel sauce. (3) take out your crescent rolls and unwind the triangles breaking them apart. (4) spread the melted butter over the top of the crescent triangles. Sprinkle them with cinnamon sugar. Add the apple mixture 🍏 to the crescent rolls and fold them over. (5) place the crescent rolls on a baking sheet. I sprayed the baking sheet with cooking spray to prevent the rolls from sticking . He is still at it today. Have you ever had the thoughts of not being enough? That you weren’t skinny or pretty enough? You aren’t talented enough? It’s your fault something bad happened? Worries on things that have yet to happen. That’s the devil planting thoughts in your mind. Just like he did with Eve. #lowcarbrecipes 👇🏻 Was looking for a #healthydinner for tonight since I had a slice of 🍕 for lunch. Got the idea for it off Pinterest even though mine was different. What you need: Coconut oil Cauliflower rice Red onion Shredded cheese I used 2 cups of @morningstarfarms chipotle black bean crumbles Salsa, guacamole 🥑, sour cream Corn (small container, drained) OPTIONAL: tortilla strips - - - - - - - - - Melt the coconut oil in the pan. Add the onion and sauté until translucent. Add the #morningstarfarms black bean crumbles and allow it to cook until tender. Add in the corn to warm up. Add the cauliflower rice and allow it to cook til soft. I added a little #mrsdashseasoning fiesta lime flavored to the mixture and stirred it up. Top with cheese and your favorite toppings. If you’re looking for a simple #chickenparmesan recipe this is one to try for sure 😉 What you will need: —————————— • 1/2 box angel hair pasta • Spaghetti sauce • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs • Garlic & onion powder • 4 chicken breasts • Mozzarella cheese slices • Fresh Parmesan cheese ———————————— (1) spray a cooking pan with cooking spray. Add the chicken to the pan and allow it to cook on each side til golden brown on both sides. (2) add the spaghetti sauce around the chicken breasts. (3) Top the chicken with the mozzarella cheese slices. Allow it to melt over the chicken and for the chicken to finish cooking. (4) cook the angel hair pasta (5) you can either serve the pasta from the pot and then top with the chicken and sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. 4️⃣ ingredient Mexican chicken - Apple cider vinegar Chicken breasts Mexican shredded cheese Salsa Taco Seasoning —— (1) Grab a 9x13 pan spray it with cooking spray OR you can add apple cider vinegar to the bottom of the pan. (2) cut off the fat and add the chicken to the pan. (3) in a bowl add the taco seasoning, apple cider vinegar and a little water 💦 stir to combine and then brush the taco seasoning marinade over the chicken. (4) cover the pan and bake for 25 minutes. (5) uncover and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Bake for an additional two minutes. (If you’re using rice 🍚 go ahead and cook it in the microwave.) it’ll be ready when the chicken comes out. (6) add the rice to the plate and top with chicken. When you aren’t feeling well the crock pot is your best friend. 💥- Here it is... zesty ranch salsa chicken paired with Green Giant broccoli and cauliflower rice. So simple and easy. The flavor was pretty amazing as well. 🙌🏼 total win!!! - Spray a crock pot with cooking spray to prevent sticking. In a bowl toss the chicken drumettes with a pack of McCormick Zesty ranch package seasoning. Once the chicken is coated add it to the crockpot. I added a dash of Texas Pete hot sauce (or whatever hot sauce you prefer) 1/4 cup mild salsa, 2 tbsp ranch dressing. Toss to combine and cook it on low for eight hours. - We turned off the heat until about 2:30 and then turned it on warm. The meat was so tender and juicy. Let’s talk 🍿- I used to buy my popcorn but ever since my bestie made this for movie night (well, it was supposed to be a movie night) she ended up building chairs 🪑 😔 but one day we’ll have a real movie night and no furniture building. Anyways, back to the point she found this recipe on Insta from Cameron Bure and she made it. I’ve been hooked ever since. However, tonight I did it a little different. - 1 tbsp coconut oil Lid of popcorn kernels Add the oil to the pot and let it melt and heat up. Add in the kernels. Cover it with a lid and allow it to pop. Every so often as the popcorn fills up give it a shake. If you like butter Empty your popcorn into a serving bowl and add 1 tbsp butter to the pot and allow it to melt. After your butter melts pour it over the popcorn 🍿 sprinkle with a little pink Himalayan salt and you have your own homemade popcorn.
