Today I cycled to work & back and when I got home I decided what I needed to do was 30m HIIT, I quickly regretted that decision.
Cycling is a lot of work but I want variety to my workouts to make sure I focus on all muscle groups. But fuck me is it hard. I might stick to just doing abs & Pilates/ yoga when I get home. HIIT might be overkill.
