Try espresso made with the Aeropress method and enjoy its deep, rich flavor. If you want to make a great Aeropress espresso, this recipe will show you how.
Ingredients: 14g of finely ground coffee beans. 200ml of hot water about 200F or 93C. Aeropress coffee maker.
Instructions: First, bring water to a boil. Then, let it cool for one minute to the right temperature. Put a paper filter in the Aeropress cap and rinse it with hot water to get rid of the taste of the paper and warm up the machine. Put the Aeropress together so that the plunger is at the bottom, and then place it on a sturdy cup or server. Put the coffee grounds that are very fine into the Aeropress chamber. Make sure that all of the coffee grounds are wet before you pour the hot water into the chamber. For about 10 seconds, stir the coffee and water together to make sure the extraction is even. Put the chamber's cap on top of the pre-wet filter, and let the coffee steep for about 30 seconds. Once the tea is ready, slowly and steadily press down on the plunger until you hear a hissing sound. This means that all the liquid has been pushed through. Add hot water to the strong coffee until it's the right strength for you. For espresso, the coffee to water ratio is usually 1:2. Have fun with your tasty Aeropress coffee! It can also be the base for other coffee drinks.
