Woo. Ya girl lost a pound
I was a little scared to weigh myself today but I lost a pound just from a week of running every other day (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) for 30 minutes and tracking my eating (in which I didn’t change anything other than all I basically eat is peanut butter and jelly sandwiches cause I’m a broke bitch)
Vacation to Vancouver was a good week for steps. Did a lot of walking. Yeah 2 week break from working out really weakened my legs 😩
Note to self: never listen to morning me because that girl is on drugs or something
I thought to myself one morning “hey you have stairs at work you should do them after work one day”
...I did them and now my legs are like jello 😭😭 but I did them twice so that 22 flights of stairs checked off my list that I’m mostly going to do again because my co-worker agreed to do with me.
But at least I won’t be suffering alone when I do them again Thursday.
Not my strongest run but I was just doing intervals today so I feel pretty good 😅💪🏼 also weighed in and I’ve lost a pound so that’s encouraging
