Ingredients: 2 cups almond flour. 1/3 cup cocoa powder. 1/3 cup powdered erythritol sweetener. 1/4 cup melted coconut oil. 2 large eggs. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1 cup heavy cream. 1/4 cup powdered erythritol sweetener. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced. 1/4 cup sugar-free dark chocolate chips.
Instructions: Set the oven to 350F 175C and heat it up. Prepare a 9-inch tart pan by greasing it. Put cocoa powder, erythritol powder, melted coconut oil, eggs, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Mix the ingredients together. Mix everything together well. Press the mixture into the tart pan's bottom to make the crust. Set after 12 to 15 minutes in the oven. Let it cool all the way down. Put the heavy cream, powdered erythritol, and vanilla extract in a different bowl and whip them together until stiff peaks form. Cover the crust with the whipped cream. Put the strawberry slices on top of the layer of whipped cream. As you melt the sugar-free dark chocolate chips in a bowl that can go in the microwave, stir them every 30 seconds until the chocolate is smooth. Pour the chocolate that has been melted over the strawberries. Put the torte in the fridge for at least an hour before you serve it. Cut it up and enjoy!
