Green pizza with caramelized beetroot
I made the semolina pizza base myself but most people find that a pain. I will post my pizza base recipe soon. You can use store bought pizza bases if you want. I would advise the fresh ones for better flavor. For the topping, blend one cup of broccoli, with a handful of nutritional yeast, a clove of garlic and 3 tbsp of olive oil. Fry until aromatic. Spread this on your pizza base, which you have lightly browned in the oven on both sides.
For beetroot: soak beetroot slices in a little vinegar, soy sauce and sugar. Fry in olive oil on a medium to high heat until golden. Place in the oven for 10-15 minutes until crispy. Top with fresh basil leaves and caramelized beetroot.
