Ingredients: 1 ripe banana. 1/2 cup rolled oats. 1/2 cup almond milk. 1 egg. 1 tsp honey. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract. 1/2 tsp baking powder. Pinch of salt.
Instructions: Put the egg, honey, vanilla extract, baking powder, rolled oats, banana, and a pinch of salt in a blender. Mix everything together until it's smooth. Warm up a griddle or skillet that doesn't stick over medium-high heat. For every pancake, pour 1/4 cup of the batter onto the pan. Start cooking when the top starts to bubble.
