Put parchment paper on the bottom of a baking sheet. Using a cookie scoop or spoon, drop dough balls at least one inch apart onto the baking sheet that has been prepared. Press down a little on each cookie with your fingers or the back of a spoon. Put it in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are set. After taking the cookies out of the oven, let them cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet before moving them to a wire rack to cool all the way down.
