This olive oil garlic popcorn is a simple yet flavorful take on traditional popcorn. The garlic adds a savory depth of flavor, while the olive oil imparts a deliciously buttery texture to the popcorn.
Instructions: Warm the olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Cook until the garlic is fragrant, about 30 seconds. Cover the pot with a lid and add the popcorn kernels. Shake the pot every now and then as the popcorn pops, until the popping slows to about 2-3 seconds between pops. Remove the pot from the heat and set it aside for a minute or two to allow the popping to finish. Serve the popcorn immediately after seasoning with salt to taste.
