This Black Pepper Beef Broccoli Stir Fry is quick and easy to make, and it tastes great and is good for you. A lot of black pepper is added to tender beef slices and crisp broccoli florets before they are stir-fried with garlic. The result is a deliciously peppery and savory meal.
Ingredients: 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced. 2 cups broccoli florets. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tbsp olive oil. 2 tbsp soy sauce or tamari for gluten-free. 1 tbsp black pepper, coarsely ground. 1 tsp sesame oil. Salt, to taste.
Instructions: Put olive oil in a big skillet and heat it over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for about one minute, until the garlic smells good. Put the beef slices in the pan and cook for three to four minutes, until they turn brown. The broccoli florets should be cooked for another 34 minutes, until they are soft but still crisp. Add salt, black pepper, soy sauce, and sesame oil to taste. Mix things together well. Keep cooking for another two to three minutes, stirring every now and then. Take it off the heat and serve it hot. Have fun!
