Ingredients: 1 cup almond flour. 4 large eggs. 1/4 cup coconut flour. 1/4 cup melted butter. 1 tablespoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Instructions: Start by heating the oven to 350F 175C. Butter or line a loaf pan with parchment paper. Mix baking powder, salt, almond flour, and coconut flour in a bowl with a whisk. First, beat the eggs in a different bowl. Then, add the melted butter and mix it in well. Mix the dry and wet ingredients together and stir them together until the batter is smooth. Spread the batter out evenly in the loaf pan that has been prepared. There should be a golden brown top and a clean toothpick in the middle after 35 to 40 minutes of baking. Let the bread cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then move it to a wire rack to cool all the way down before cutting it.
