Am i able to beg for headcanons of this specific thing? I haveth uh, a kidney and 1 asthmatic lung to trade. If pressed, im willing to give half a liver too, but i would like to keep that one tbh.

Derek is very obviously. Uh. Lacking in domesticity. Look at how this man was living the first two seasons. Every diner and takeout joint in Beacon Hills probably knows him by name. He probably saves all his quarters for Laundromat day. The real reason he doesn't ever wear colours is so he doesn't have to sort laundry. And Erica, well, as a 16-year-old living at home with (presumably) both parents and a disability, I headcanon she's been kind of coddled, hence her attitude of "anything you can do, I can do better (and sexier)" after she's turned. Part of it comes from frustration at being constantly handled with kid gloves.
So yeah, Stiles is definitely the domestic one of the throuple. Not in a Martha Stewart, 50s housewife kind of way but in the "I'm the only motherfucker who knows how to cook a meal on the stove" way. Because we know the Sheriff was in a rough way after Claudia died, which means Stiles probably figured out how to take care of himself pretty early on. And if he's been keeping his dad on a healthy diet, that means knowing something about food and calories and cooking. Oh, he absolutely teaches Derek and Erica how to correctly do the dishes and sort the laundry and all that, he's not gonna be the only one putting in the effort. Except for cooking. The kitchen is Stiles's domain. Man knows how to fix a meal. Like Eliot Spencer. He can smash someone's face in with a bat and also make a killer lasagna. And when he is cooking, no one is allowed in the kitchen. He will stab them, he knows they'll heal. And anyone who touches Babcia's cookbook is courting death.
