I will say I used to be afraid of a fat face, of stretch marks, of having an apron; and as I’ve gotten each one, it hasn’t been such a big deal. You grow to like your fat face.

I’ll just say my weight is down. I don’t want to step on the scale cause it will make me sad to know by how much. Focusing on other things in my life I’ve been neglecting.

Figure out how to consume more calories than you burn. Then do that time 10. I found liquid calories were the easiest for me to abuse my belly with.

I like Mr s leather, fort troff, and Amazon for singlets.
