A Day Late, Dollar Short

I cannot keep seeing the same shitty anti-Jedi argument where people claim that the Jedi did nothing to stop slavery. Did you guys forget the Zygerria arc of the clone wars where the slavers mentioned every five minutes that they hate the Jedi because the Jedi destroyed the slave empire and banned the Zygerrians from practicing slave trade and they team up with the separatists solely to get back at the Jedi for stopping that slavery?

One huge thing people tend to forget something when talking about anakin's slavery is that Tatooine is a backwater from the outer rim that almost no one goes to (especially in the prequels), so the reason that slaves exist there isn't that the Jedi don't care, its just they got put in charge of an entire galaxy, and 100,000 space wizards can't save every slave on 1,000,000 planets

Correction: 10,000 space wizards. Also, during that time prior to the Clone Wars, the Republic and Jedi had a lot of problems with piracy. You'd never guess who was it that was arguing with the Senate the Jedi cannot do it all: Dooku.
