Here was the overall set scheme: 95 x4 115x3 135x3 155x3 175x3 185x3 205x1 225 fail I thought about doing more reps at 205 but decided to just give 225 a go. Apparently my row/burpee workout wasn't enough to keep Sunny awake! 5 rounds 20cal row 20 burpees Some advice on the burpees. No matter how efficient you are, they still suck!
