Well today nearly killed me. I was still recovering after a much needed sports massage on Tuesday. And haven't done deadlifts since before my trip. . Started with 7x3 tempo deadlifts at 48kg This makes you realise 5 seconds is longer than you think! . Then 11min AMRAP 10 deadlifts (45kg, reckon I could have actually kept it at 48kg) 10 burpees over bar, I'm not fast but I do love them 75 DUs Because I'm still getting back into DUs I started with hitting 30, taking a pause and then doing a set of however many until I messed up. Ended up doing 40, 45, and 50 each round which I'm super happy with. . This video is halfway through the workout and my lungs were on fire! You can tell by my face I'm not having a great time. Happy I got 3rounds and 12 reps in the end though. . . .
