Ingredients: 1 box of brownie mix. 1/2 cup 1 stick unsalted butter, melted. 1 large egg. 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips. 1 cup mini marshmallows. 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans. 1/4 cup chocolate chunks optional. 1/4 cup mini marshmallows for topping, optional.
Instructions: Turn the oven on to 350 degrees Fahrenheit 180 degrees Celsius and place parchment paper on a baking sheet. Beat the egg, melted butter, and brownie mix together in a mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly until fully incorporated. Mix the chopped nuts, mini marshmallows, and semi-sweet chocolate chips into the brownie batter. Evenly spread the brownie mixture over the baking sheet that has been ready. For an added indulgence, feel free to sprinkle chocolate chunks on top. Preheat the oven to 150C. Bake the brownie bark for 15 to 20 minutes, or until it is set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out slightly moistened don't overbake. Take out of the oven and immediately top the heated brownie bark with the optional mini marshmallows. They'll adhere after slightly melting. Before slicing, allow the brownie bark to cool completely on the baking sheet. Store in an airtight container after it has cooled and been broken into pieces.
