listen to me, this is so so important: you've gotta get used to really giving it your 60% as a default. like don't half-ass it necessarily but try not to go over 70% or so of an ass. you'll feel better and live a happier more fulfilled life, and on the rare occasions where you do need to lock the fuck in you'll be able to pull off bullshit that the sad miserable wretches giving it their 100% can never dream off, because they're busy draining themselves dry and you have energy reserves to spare.

i’m also really sick of having to protect the feelings of very thin people. i’m sorry but i am. i’m sick of seeing female celebrities becoming actual skeletons and everyone lapping it up and calling it body tea. i should be able to comment on the worrying uptick in what is clear anorexia in (female) celebrities and i shouldn’t be shamed for it because i might make someone else who’s dangerously thin feel bad. what about all the fat women. why are their feelings never as important. why do we always have to protect the fragile famous bird boned ladies who are responsible for perpetuating incredibly dangerous body image standards but the fat lasses are expected to just suck it up and keep it moving. one of these body types is ten times more dangerous than the other. i’m sick of having to accommodate the dangerous standard. i’m sick of having to take the feelings of skinny people into consideration when they don’t give a fuuuuuck about fat people.
