#Wow I have encountered the final boss of shipping companies #Thy have no human customer service no email no online forms to fill and only a chat bot #But it's not even a proper ai chat bot - you don't get to write anything you only get to select one of the topics #Also they communicate exclusively through WhatsApp (I didn't know that and initially gave a phone number that isn't connected to WhatsApp)#(they did have my email address but never used it)#They set my order to 'impossible to contact ' last Friday before I changed my phone number via the chat bot #Today they wrote to me on WhatsApp that delivery will happen between 9-3pm (it's past 3pm now)#I try to write to them on WhatsApp and only get a generated 'please ask the virtual assistant [link to chatbot]'#The chatbot is like oops the delivery date is before today I'll forward the inquiry!#💀#What's happening

I'm waiting for a table to arrive so currently I'm using kitchen top as my table, but it's too high so I put a stool on the random fancy chair that was left in this apartment (this is the only piece of furniture that isn't attached to the walls that was left here)
