The New Mutants had a garage band.

Sam on drums (Keeping them all together as best he can)

Doug on keyboards (A keyboard is a keyboard to him, and music is a language of expression)

Berto on bass (His parents made him take guitar lesson, he can also play classical and flamenco, but would rather not)

Amara on vocals (She's trying to get Rahne to join in so she can harmonise)

Rahne on tambourine (too self conscious to sing and no musical training)

Illyana has no interest in music, but heckles for fun

Xuan chooses not to take part, but tries to field complaints from Xavier/Magneto and the older X-Men about keeping the noise down.

The band name came from a comment overheard by Kitty, when Logan said "Those kids with their noise are worse than Banshee" and, well, they liked it so much, they kept it as their name.

Heck yeah the Sin and Bards Pokemon callback from the original BOP. I knew it was coming via mutuals but it still makes me happy.

I showed this post to my boyfriend and he tried to take his shirt off like a girl and 

uh

and it made me realize that girls and boys pull their shirt off differently. /amazed

It’s all in the way that girl/boys shirts are made.

Girls shirts have less armpit room then boy’s do and are generally shorter so pulling it off over your head is more practical because by lifting your arms all the way up you make enough room for the sleeves to just slip off.

Boys shirts have more room and are generally longer so it is easy to slip them off over your head.

but if you take a girls shirt off like a boys shirt you will get your arms caught because there isn’t much armpit space.

and if you take a boys shirt off like a girls shit you will still have your head in it when you’ve lifted your arms all the way up because of the shirt’s length.

But yeah that seems very obvious.

This behavior evolved to keep deer young safe. The baby is very small, very quiet, and hard for most predators to see. A young fawn cannot keep up with a fleeing mother deer, which is their primary problem-solving strategy. So while the mother goes elsewhere to graze, the fawn stays safe and hidden.
